Text Warping in Canva

Greetings, fellow design enthusiasts! Today, we're delving into a lesser-known facet of Canva's capabilities that can elevate your text-based designs. Get ready to discover the art of text warping in Canva, a technique that adds a distinct touch to your creative projects.




 

1. Begin by heading over to the side toolbar and locate the "Apps" section. Now search for "TypeCraft". Click the Icon to initiate the App.

2. Type the text that you desire to warp. In this example I'm feeling "Wavy".

Go to the "Edit Shape" panel, where you'll have the opportunity to manipulate your text's appearance. Click and drag the points to experiment warping your text to achieve the desired effect.

Don't forget to explore color choices as well. In this instance, we're opting for a striking yellow against a sleek black backdrop.







3. Now click "Add element to design" to add your warped creation to the canvas.










4. Add some pizzazz by duplicating your wavy text several times. It's like adding extra spices to an already delicious dish.
